Michael Wayne Frith

Michael Wayne Frith (74) passed away on April 5, 2026, at home surrounded by his loving family.

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Goldie Mae (Wingfield) Frith; his father, Burrell Lee Frith; (infant son) Michael Wayne Frith, Jr; his brothers, Edward Frith and Ronald Frith; and his sisters, Linda Kay (Frith) Sowder and Sandra (Frith) Hartlove.

 

Michael is survived by his sisters, Janet (Frith) Weller and Barbara (Frith) Penwell; his children, Leah Michelle Frith, Angie Frith, Amy Sue (Frith) Sims, and Melanie Gross; his grandchildren, Lindsey Lee, Emily Lee, Sara Dockeney, Jonathan Dockeney; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 

Michael had a wonderful sense of humor and could always make those around him laugh. He loved music and enjoyed playing the guitar, bringing joy to others through his passion.

 

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tomahawk Ruritan Club.

 

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.

 

Michael's care has been entrusted to the Acacia Society of Sabillasville, MD.
